Position – HR Payroll Clerk

Job Location – Milwaukee, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Contract to Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift - flexible hours

Starting Pay – $20-$25 an hour - Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED, Associate/technical Degree preferred

Required Experience – At least 2+ years of experience

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a HR Payroll Clerk In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and assisting with HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Payday Hero: Calculate paychecks and deductions using payroll software utilizing UKG software.
• Accuracy Advocate: Review and reconcile payroll reports for any discrepancies, keeping things running smoothly.
• Communication Cornerstone: Assist employees with inquiries regarding their payroll information.
• Record Keeper: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Record Keeper: Assist with general HR functions and support HR team

Qualifications:
