Job Summary:
As an Electrical, Instrumentation, & Controls Lead at our global engineering firm specializing in the energy and infrastructure sector, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for various projects. You will ensure that all systems meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance, while managing a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
System Design and Implementation:

  • Lead the design and development of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure systems comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
Project Management:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Address any non-compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide technical expertise and support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, and controls engineering, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in discipline-specific software and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
