Brand Ambassador - Ecowater of Southern CaliforniaJob Description:

Ecowater of Southern California is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our range of water treatment products and services. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, building relationships, and creating a positive image for Ecowater. Your role will involve participating in various marketing events, demonstrations, and customer interactions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Ecowater, embodying our values and mission while promoting our products and services.

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers at events, trade shows, and in-store demonstrations to generate interest and educate them about the benefits of Ecowater’s products.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of Ecowater’s water treatment solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Event Participation: Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, community outreach programs, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

  • Social Media Promotion: Utilize social media platforms to share your experiences, promote Ecowater’s products, and engage with a broader audience.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating leads, providing product information, and encouraging customers to make purchases.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with a diverse range of people.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people and providing solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge about Ecowater’s products and services, and communicate this effectively to customers.

  • Event Management: Experience in organizing and participating in marketing events, trade shows, or promotional activities is a plus.

  • Sales Skills: Basic sales skills with the ability to generate leads and support the sales process.
