Receptionist Cashier

Job Summary:
As a Receptionist Cashier at Lunghamer Buick GMC, located in Waterford Township, Michigan, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service and support in our dealership's front office. In this full-time, hourly administrative job in the auto industry, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers and guests, greeting and directing them to the appropriate departments while also managing all cash transactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Process cash transactions for vehicle sales, service, and parts departments.
- Reconcile cash drawers and balance all transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, cashier, or in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using office software.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and make change when needed.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some weekends.
