The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a Full-time Maintenance Technician at our established apartment community, Renaissance Towers in Hammond, IN. He/she will be expected to perform various maintenance related duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of our community

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing or assisting in preparing all vacant apartments to a market ready condition
  • Perform various community maintenance functions
  • Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
  • Assists in the upkeep of community grounds and common areas
  • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
