Job Summary Description:


Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing application support across the organization for all HCSS products and internal systems. The Systems Analyst will regularly interact with Regional Vice Presidents, Area Directors, Project Managers, Estimators, and other business leaders.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute complex projects from end to end across multiple sites.
  • Maintain and support HCSS application Suite, mobile devices, and related equipment.
    1. Heavy Job – All aspects of Administration from Job setup to payroll export.
    2. Heavy Bid – Maintenance of Code books and all administrative tasks.
    3. Safety – Ensure compliance with corporate EH&S requirements.
    4. E360 – Working with Fleet and Maintenance departments to ensure accurate fleet recordkeeping.
  • Train new and existing employees on project-related software and provide timely updates regarding software upgrades and new product roll outs.
    1. Including HCSS Field & myField mobile applications
  • Support business applications to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Maintain open communication with Project leaders to ensure effective problem resolution and establishment of priorities.
  • Provide guidance to project and business leaders to determine future IT needs. As well as ways to most effectively utilize current applications.
  • Maintain high level knowledge of all HCSS modules and display the ability to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Work with IT leadership to design, build, and maintain data integrations with other software applications.

  • Create & Maintain HCSS Operational Reporting as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience and ability to train end users on applications and software products.
  • Must have been in a role supporting 500 or more users.
  • 4+ years of Application Support experience. Preferably in construction or related industries.
  • 3+ years of direct HCSS support and maintenance experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites throughout North America and work effectively in a construction site environment.
  • PMP Certification (preferred)
