**Job Title: Montessori Primary Guide**

**Location:** Busy Bees Montessori School

**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Age Group:** 2 Months  to 3 Years

**Job Summary:**
Busy Bees Montessori School seeks a dedicated and passionate Montessori Primary Guide to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will have a profound respect for children, embracing the diversity and uniqueness of each child. This role demands a commitment to creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive Montessori environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Planning and Organization:** Design and implement a comprehensive Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of each child. Prepare the environment daily to ensure it is clean, organized, and aligned with Montessori principles.
- **Guidance:** Facilitate children's learning by guiding them through Montessori materials and activities. Promote independence, self-direction, and critical thinking.
- **Observation and Evaluation:** Conduct regular observations of children to assess their progress and adapt the learning plan to meet their evolving needs.
- **Parent Engagement:** Maintain open and constructive communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development and involving them in the school community.
- **Professional Development:** Engage in continuous learning and professional development in Montessori education to enhance teaching practice.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other staff members to plan events, share insights, and support the overall mission of the school.

**Qualifications:**
- AMI or AMS Montessori certification for the Primary level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children ages 2 months to 3 years in a Montessori setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and the ability to apply it effectively in the classroom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and compliance with all school policies and regulations.
