As an Open House and Showing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing properties to potential buyers and ensuring that each open house event is a success. Compensation:

$20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Showings: Present properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Host Open Houses: Set up, manage, and promote open house events to attract potential buyers
  • Engage with Clients: Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries during showings and open houses
  • Collect Feedback: Gather feedback from visitors and potential buyers to relay to the listing agent and homeowners
  • Learn from Experts: Collaborate with seasoned Realtors to acquire valuable insights, strategies, and tips for success in the real estate industry
Qualifications:

  • Must have or be pursuing their real estate license
  • Passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Smooth Closing is a real estate investment company that buys houses directly from the seller. We are a small team founded in 2014 and are based out of South Austin. We buy properties from all different types of homeowners, whether it’s landlords with occupied rental properties who are tired of the business or people who just want to sell their property without any of the hassles of a retail sale.
