Your day to day as a Bartender -

As a new Bartender at Downtown Grill, you can expect to jump right into the action Your day will be filled with crafting classic and innovative cocktails, serving customers with a smile, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You'll have the opportunity to learn our menu inside and out, engage with guests to provide top-notch service, and work closely with our team to ensure a seamless experience for all. Don't worry if you're new to the role - we'll provide training and guidance to help you succeed in this dynamic environment.

Are you the Bartender - we're looking for?

To excel as a Bartender at Downtown Grill, you'll need to bring your A-game every shift Strong communication skills are key to engaging with customers and taking their drink orders efficiently. A solid understanding of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques is a must to create delicious beverages that keep guests coming back for more.

Attention to detail will be essential for accurately handling cash transactions and maintaining inventory levels. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills will also come in handy when processing orders and calculating tabs. With the right mix of skills and a positive attitude, you'll thrive in this fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
