We are seeking a dedicated Application Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the success of our web and enterprise applications. As an Application Analyst, you will collaborate with our partners to align solutions with our business objectives, acting as the voice of the customer in driving product improvements and new developments.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to stay updated with the latest industry trends by attending conferences, conducting research, and engaging with vendors. You'll also support our solutions outside regular working hours when necessary, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.

Your commitment to excellence will shine as you coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and data conversions for multiple business groups, serving the overall enterprise by tailoring solutions to meet varying needs. You'll be proactive in identifying and managing incidents, events, and problems, with the ability to escalate issues to vendor partners as needed.

As an Application Analyst, you will also provide invaluable end-user training, whether through structured sessions or on-demand assistance. You will maintain crucial documentation, including knowledge base articles, known defects lists, and release notes, to keep our environment running smoothly. Your dedication to providing excellent customer service and support for end-users will be a key driver of our success.

In addition to the outlined responsibilities, you will participate in the evaluation and testing of new applications, helping to shape our technology landscape and drive innovation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years' experience in technical support and/or applications support in a medium to large enterprise or transferrable experience
  • Experience in fast-growing organizations and the associated pace of change
