Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCompletes assigned general maintenance and carpentry tasks in support of the Growing Farm operations and B&G priorities.


Role and Responsibilities
  • Perform basic carpentry and maintenance tasks to ensure the continued safe functioning of the farms and other facilities.
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks to keep farm, office and human-use fixtures operating effectively.
  • Perform basic facility inspections and submit reports to the B&G Manager.
  • Ensure effective operation of water systems.

  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle is required; the operation of forklifts and electric pallet jacks is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Knowledge in all phases of carpentry required; plumbing is a plus.
  • General handyman background is required.
  • Valid Driver's License is a must.
