About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. As an SRE at Xformative, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate closely with our development and operations teams to design and maintain robust, fault-tolerant infrastructure. Your work will involve creating and managing multi-instance SaaS environments, supporting customer-facing APIs and services, and ensuring secure handling of customer data.

Who are you?

  • You have super strong programming skills (Node, Typescript, Python).
  • You have an expertise in system administration, networking, and operating systems (Linux/Unix).
  • You are proficient in automation tools (Github Actions, Cloudformation, Serverless, AWS CDK).
  • You have knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Cloudwatch, Cloudsearch, ELK Stack).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role within the technology sector.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 6 or more years large scale distributed system development.
  • Minimum of 5 years fintech experience and event drive architecture
  • Proven experience in a similar role (Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Systems Engineer).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Elastic Compute Service).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Github Actions, CodeBuild)
