 Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for breaking down deals to ensure all necessary forms are complete and in place

  • Billing all vehicle deals

  • Submitting funding packets to lenders

  • Verifying and submitting manufacturer incentives
  • Responsible for gathering and submitting warranties sold to warranty administrators, processing cancellations and claims, remitting payments.
  • Reconciling all related schedules.

 Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have auto dealership experience, knowledge of CDK helpful

  • Some evening work (ex. first of the month)

  • Professional personal appearance
