Automotive Technician

Job Summary:
Christian Brothers Automotive in Frisco, Texas is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and maintaining our reputation as a trusted and reliable auto repair shop. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission structure, offering an attractive compensation package for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive problems accurately and efficiently
- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Identify and communicate additional repair needs to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and completing repairs in a timely manner
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills through regular training and development programs
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or certification in automotive repair preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have own tools and transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
