Telemar Bay Marina located in Melbourne, FL is looking for a Front Office Clerk. Responsibilities will primarily include working inside the marina office creating reservations. The responsibilities will vary with the seasons and the volume of customers. No marina experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and perform office duties.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Create Marina Reservations

• Collect payment

  • Become familiarized with paperwork related to seasonal dockage contracts.

• Working in the ship store while being helpful and friendly to customers.

  • Proactive in answering customer questions.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience working with customers

• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with teammates.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and targets

• Reliable with good time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work
