Job DescriptionJob Description

Batavia, OH manufacturing company is seeking an electronics technical support for the Test operations group in accordance with customer and company requirements.

Pay $19.50-$23.00 based upon experience.

Schedule, Mon-Thurs 6a-3:15p and Fri 6a-12 noon

Responsibilities/ Principal Duties:

  • Interpret and troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level via schematics, diagrams, and drawings.
  • Testing and troubleshooting of PCB assemblies and their respective test stations based on customer supplied data.
  • Proficient use of electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, frequency counters, multimeters, etc.).
  • Setup and prepare Test stations for use by following supplied test documentation.
  • Interpret and understand detailed test procedures. Effectively communicate with Documentation Manager, Program Manager, and Quality Manager of any discrepancies found.
  • Train operators in proper test procedures and methods as needed.
  • Assist testing operations to meet or exceed customer ship dates.
  • Improve test times and process efficiency.
  • Provide technical assistance to all operations.

Education: Associate degree in electronics or equivalent (e.g., Associate degree in Electrical Engineering).

Experience: 2-4 years minimum experience necessary.

This position must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
