Job DescriptionJob Description

GENERAL JOB DUTIES

To provide repair and maintenance to all Kreider Services, Inc. vehicles, ensuring they are in the best possible working order.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

1. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

2. This position works on-site at Kreider Services locations.

3. Vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, grease, inspections, checking fluid levels, etc.

4. Bus, van, vehicle, and service equipment repair.

5. Ensure vehicles are in good working order and meet safety standards.

6. Provide supervision to vehicle cleaning position.

7. Maintain records and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

8. Other duties as assigned.


ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES

1. Stays up to date on required training.


QUALIFICATIONS

· Five years' experience in mechanical and auto repair.

· Valid driver license and driving record acceptable to Agency insurer.

· Must be 21 years of age.

· Must be able to work flexible hours that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Will work a flexible schedule that could include weekends and holidays.

· Works in wide variety of settings, including outdoors in extreme weather conditions.

· Frequently travels within county.

· Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
