Job Description: 

V3 Electric is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Journeyman Roofer. You will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems. You will work closely with experienced roofers to gain hands-on training and perform general labor tasks to support the roofing team. 

Requirements:

• Experience: Have 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a journeyman roofer, specializing in various roofing systems and materials. Demonstrated knowledge of roofing techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance procedures. Familiarity with different roofing materials and their applications. Ability to read specifications and roofing plans.
• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Roofing Installation and Repair: Perform various roofing tasks including installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of different roofing systems such as shingles, tiles, flat roofs, metal roofs, and other materials as needed. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that roofing installations and repairs meet industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company expectations for quality and craftsmanship. Conduct inspections to identify any deficiencies and make necessary corrections.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer concerns and inquiries, providing clear explanations of work performed and recommendations for maintenance or future projects. Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster positive relationships.

This is a full-time position

Pay: $20-$24/HR depending on experience
