Xpres LLC is a drinkware company based in Winston Salem, NC, specializing in custom drinkware for the souvenir and promotional products industry. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Xpres LLC has been a leader in the industry since 1990.

We are seeking candidates who have experience in pre-press operations. This position is responsible for preparing and placing digital artwork on various products sold by Xpres.

Qualifications and Skill Required:

• Minimum 2 year degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of 4 color process
• Time Management Skills – ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Color correct using design programs listed above to match Pantone Matching System, and with XD Machines.
• Continually monitor and update internal tracking spreadsheet to ensure the team stays on cadence
• Enter, position, and alter text sizing using computers to make up and arrange design to fit on the product
• Enter, store, and retrieve information on file
• Make shape selections/masking in Photoshop to isolate individual areas to tweak
• Use heat press to press out transfers
• Using various programs to modify existing art and create virtual art for presentation to clients
