Job DescriptionJob Description

Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is hiring a full-time Painter/Drywaller to join our team  Our maintenance team provides full service repairs and upkeep for apartment buildings and residential homes in the greater Seattle area. 

The Painter/Drywaller will be responsible for the full range of drywall and painting work in vacant and occupied apartment units and homes.  

Skills & Requirements

  • 1 year minimum experience
  • Knowledge of proper paint products and tools for the job
  • Ability to hang drywall, patches, and texturing
  • Painting using brushes, rollers and sprayers as needed
  • Ability to mask, prepare, and effectively clean job site when completed
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass a criminal background check
