Position Summary:

Pine Pharmaceuticals Onboarding Trainer shall be required to perform all necessary activities to provide the highest quality training standards for all newly acquired staff, including but not limited to the following:


Essential Functions:

  • Facility Tour
    • Explanation of workflow from start to finish
    • Set up employee locker and uniform sizing
  • Safety Training
    • Safety tour for all new employees
    • Document all safety training within the facility
  • Email Training
    • Outlook 365
    • SharePoint
    • Microsoft Teams
  • HR Training
    • Completion of Bamboo onboarding tasks
  • cGMP Training
    • Assist in development of annual cGMP training
    • Documentation of annual cGMP training
  • Master Control Training
    • Set up new user in Master Control
    • Tutorial of Master Control
    • Lead didactic training in Master Control
    • Termination of user in Master Control
  • Personnel Portfolios
    • Set up portfolio with Training Checklist and all other applicable documents
    • Assist Training Supervisor in completion of Training Checklist by the 90 day review
    • Archive portfolio upon termination of employee
  • Tracking Spreadsheets
    • Add employee to the following tracking spreadsheets
      • Visual Inspection
      • P&I training tracking
      • Update Staff signature list as needed per month
      • Assign and update lockers for new hires
      • Assist Training Supervisor with projects


Education and Experience:

-High school diploma or GED required

-Previous experience in cGMP environment


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Knowledge in computer systems; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MasterControl, SharePoint, Outlook

-Confident in public speaking, conversing with individuals, small and large groups

-Leadership in group environment


Physical Requirements/Conditions:

Routine walking, standing, hearing and speaking
