What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Sr. IT Helpdesk to provide support services to staff and internal clients. The primary purpose of this position is to assist First Atlantic Federal Credit Union to live out our Mission to provide best value financial services to members by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. In addition, applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

To deliver service in alignment with our Service Promises.

Meets all established service goals.

Processes Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.

Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Ensure network connectivity of all workstations and administers all equipment, hardware and software upgrades

Manage servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.

Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.

Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.

Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.

Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Performs server and security audits as well as system backups and recovery.

Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, in addition to all company policies.
