MAINTENANCE/CUSTODIAL TECHNICIAN - BEAR LEVIN STUDER

Able to perform janitorial duties and basic handy man skills such as: plastering, painting, basic plumbing, etc. assigned by Directors, and follows all written schedules and procedures for maintaining a clean and orderly facility. Maintains a positive, service-oriented environment for members and guests.


The position is part-time (approximately 20-30 hours/week). Seeking applicants with availability on the weekends, evenings or mornings. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. We are a tobacco-free workplace.
