POSITION: Pantry Chef

LOCATION: San Antonio, Texas

HOURS: Part Time, including morning, nights, weekends, holidays, and late nights required

COMPENSATION: $23 per hour

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • This position will report to the F&B Manager.
  • Will work with the F&B Manager to run concessions throughout the venue.
  • Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients at an establishment that serves food; producing meals and cleaning the workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Cooks follow recipes consistently, adjust based on customer requests, communicate with F&B Managers and Staff and prepare garnishes to make an attractive presentation for each meal.

PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

  • 3 venues with a combined total of over 6,000 capacity with bars/concessions located on 3 levels and outdoors.
  • Need to work with multiple other departments for success.
  • Need great guest relations, will interact with guests every show.
  • Physical job, walking throughout venue, on your feet and lifting heavy items.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Must have 1 year experience in F&B Restaurant Culinary
