Title of Position - Director of Aquatics


Salary: $90,000 + Bonus


Job Description: The Director of Aquatics must be multi-talented, service-oriented, individual with a

strong desire to provide water safety instructions and knowledge of water-park rides to all guests. The Director of Aquatics will be responsible for directing all aspects of aquatic services, including planning, budgeting, staffing, operations, and payroll. Applicants must have a passion for water and aquatics, and an ability to lead a team of employees. The Director of Aquatics will be a brand ambassador for our company and must always represent us with the highest integrity while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The Director of Aquatics must have a high school diploma or GED

The Director of Aquatics must have exceptional management skills with a proven record of accomplishment in mentoring and leading successful teams

Proficiency in technical skills that include being able to navigate different types of information within computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel, is a must for the


Director of Aquatics

The Director of Aquatics must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing large aquatics departments with various waterpark attractions

The Director of Aquatics must possess a E&A International Lifeguard Training Program License, E&A basic leadership license, E&A Instructor license, and a CPO or AFO license

Experience in first aid, CPR & AED is a must for the Director of Aquatics

The Director of Aquatics is preferred to have open availability and a flexible schedule
