We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic AV Technician to join our team and play a key role in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio-visual systems for our clients. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and other technical staff to ensure that AV installations are executed smoothly and meet high-quality standards. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment and gain experience with a wide range of AV technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and calibrate audio-visual equipment, including projectors, displays, sound systems, video conferencing setups, and control systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate interpretation of client requirements and seamless integration of AV solutions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess installation sites, perform pre-installation tests, and identify potential challenges.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Provide end-user training on AV systems, explaining functionality and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the AV field.
  • Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance.
