We are seeking Machine Operators to support our client’s fast-growing team
Are you a meticulous and dependable individual with a knack for machinery and a passion for producing high-quality work? As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our production runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to our success and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up machines according to job specifications, ensuring top-quality output.
  • Prepare and gather all necessary materials, including paper, inks, coatings, and tooling.
  • Mix and adjust inks as required to meet production needs.
  • Conduct start-up and in-process inspections to guarantee top-quality finished products.
  • Ensure that all printing plates, cylinders, ink pans, and related materials are clean and stored appropriately.
  • Complete quality work in a timely manner, meeting all production deadlines.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation software
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools
  • Basic math skills, including arithmetic and geometry
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime, as needed
  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related manufacturing role a plus
