Responsibilities
  • Selling mostly home and some auto insurance policies and advising on coverage
  • Cross selling other insurance products
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Marketing to agency professional contacts
  • Building relationships in networking groups, chambers of commerce, apartment complex management groups, realtors and brokers, etc.
  • Taking responsibility to meet office sales and customer service goals
  • Assist sales agents with phone calls as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, paperwork, reports, bookkeeping, databases, etc.

Requirements

Must have Florida 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 insurance license

Must have 1+ years of home insurance sales experience

Ability to multitask is absolutely a must

Highly organized

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to complete tasks on schedule

Communication skills both with team members and clients

Work unsupervised

Intuitive thinker

Leadership skills

Responsible/Accountable

Spanish language skills a plus
