DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Receive jobs from sales team, plan, schedule and communicate
  • Assemble project material orders and place orders with suppliers
  • Schedule timing with customer and coordinate crew and material timing
  • Champion all customer communication on scheduling, project timeline updates, in-progress job updates, warranty concerns and more
  • Assist in the creation and tracking of change orders
  • Set up and maintain electronic project files in the company CRM
  • Assist with maintaining and creating department procedures
  • Collect, organize and prepare all project closeout documents
  • Drive department KPIs driving customer experience
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS


  • Exceptional customer service skills and high ability to communicate with customer and other team members
  • Able to be highly organized and utilize technology and software to streamline your day-to-day job duties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Industry knowledge is a bonus but not a requirement
  • Must be honest, humble, hungry and hone-able
