Part-Time Membership Sales Associate (Evenings & Weekends)

Here's what you need to bring:


  • A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
  • A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
  • A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
  • Evening and weekend availability (Evening weekdays 2-8 pm, Weekends Sat and/or Sun 7:30-1 pm and 1-6 pm)
Here's what youll be doing:


  • Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
  • Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
  • Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
  • Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
  • Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
  • Administer studio tours for new guests
  • Answer all questions about services and the facility
  • Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
  • Maintain and organize the facilitys towel supply area
We need someone available to start training by the mid-end of July (not a seasonal position).
