POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the SVP/Director of Treasury Management, the eBanking Manager oversees the daily activities of the eBanking Department and is responsible for providing direct support and supervision to the eBanking team. The eBanking Manager ensures that implementation of technical systems and solutions for new and existing clients are done in a timely manner and meet client expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the eBanking team members to ensure tasks are performed in a timely and organized manner.
- Facilitate timely issue resolution related to the implementation; ensure delivery of products and services is completed with full accountability for the end-to-end process; process timely to meet service level agreements (SLA’s).
- Certify that quality assurance is in place within the implementation process by identifying error trends and sources and providing solutions.
- Assist the Product/Project Manager, Director of Digital Transformation, and Director of Treasury Management with development and training for internal and external clients in Online Banking and related Treasury Management products, such as Online Banking, ACH, Wires, RDC, Positive Pay, Bill Payment, Etc.
- Attend meetings and training to continue developing and enhancing knowledge of Treasury Management products, processes, and technologies.
- Daily review of operational reports for call-back and quality control.
- Manage the team's daily operations to ensure successful client implementations while following best practices and processes.
- Updating/Maintaining eBanking Policies and Procedures
- Establish and cultivate relationships with internal teams and external clients by assisting with implementation strategies, issues and expectations.
- Ensures that all operational matters are conducted in compliance with all appropriate laws and regulations, Incumbent hires, develops, coaches and mentors’ staff.
- Oversight of all operational functions related to the implementation of treasury management products and services
- Reconcilement and auditing of Bancontrol accounts
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Thorough knowledge of all banking products, including all Online Banking related products and services: Mobile Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, ACH, etc.
- Strong coaching, team building and delegation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, superiors and direct employees
- Ability to motivate a team and foster effective relationships between team members
- Ability to keep team members on track and provide performance reviews to support their growth and development

- Knowledge of browsers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word but primarily Excel
- Knowledge of all Bank products
- Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation CC, Regulation D, BSA/A ML and Compliance issues
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- AA Business Administration or equivalent
PREFERRED PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3-5 years in banking and electronic banking
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in bank operations with previous experience overseeing electronic banking and has a vast knowledge of Treasury Management Products & Services.
- Excellent people skills.
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has overall supervisory responsibility for eBanking department staff.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTD HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position that regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work.
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is in regular communication, is required to use various tools or objects, and have the mobility to move about the office. The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
