Who You Are:

  • A LPN, RN, EMT, or Paramedic licensed in the state applying.
  • Passionate about workplace health and safety

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide preventive, acute, and emergency medical services
  • Assess and educate employees on health concerns
  • Treat workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Document and track medical conditions and screenings
  • Administer vaccinations and conduct medical tests

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with employees and the care team
  • Maintain clinical documentation and reporting
  • Train medical team members
  • Operate and sterilize equipment
  • Perform First Responder duties as needed

Skills You Bring:

  • Understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and Patient Privacy Act
  • CPR and BLS certified
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs occasionally

Work Environment:

  • Onsite in industrial manufacturing plant.
  • Steel toes shoes and over PPE may be required in the plant.
