Media Planner

We are seeking an experienced, rockstar Media Planner to support the Associate Media Director on a large client. We focus on helping brands, especially restaurants, succeed and drive their business forward. We are a 100% remote agency that deeply cares about our employees and endeavors to foster a culture of flexibility, creativity and entrepreneurship.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Associate Media Director in developing media plans including strategic and tactical elements
  • Prepare and communicate buy specs for the digital buying team
  • Check pacing dashboard from the digital buying team
  • Add campaigns to Basis
  • Manage ATBs, billing and department paperwork on authorized media buys
  • Use internal resources to find trade area insights including competitive and demographic data
  • Collaborate with digital media buying and analytics teams on monitoring media performance and reporting results to the clients
  • Actively participate in weekly client status meetings
  • Continually communicates with the Associate Media Director about project status, problems, or related changes
  • Work on special media or agency projects as applicable
  • Achieves/maintains visibility and credibility within the agency and client base and with media vendors
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships between all cross functional teams
  • Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminar training

  • Familiarity with the Google suite of tools (gmail, sheets, word, slides, etc.)
  • Experience with Basis, Meta, Google, Placer.ai and other industry tools a plus
  • Eager to learn about local media planning across all platforms (TV, CTV, Meta, Google, TikTok, Outdoor, Radio, Native, etc.)
