Staff Pharmacist

Smith Rexall of Lehi and of Pleasant Grove are independently owned compounding pharmacies that are looking for a part time staff pharmacist to work 20-25 hours/week split between the two stores. Shifts are 9am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-12pm on Saturdays for the Lehi pharmacy and 9am-7pm on weekdays and 9am-2pm on Saturdays for the Pleasant Grove pharmacy. Closed Sundays. Competitive pay commensurate to experience.
Responsibilities:
-Verify and dispense medications accurately
-Formulate, verify, and dispense compounded medications
-Provide information to customers about medications and their us
-Coordinate custom medications with providers and patients
-Focus on providing a superior level of customer service
-Ensure compliance with federal, and state board of pharmacy laws
-Other traditional pharmacist duties
Qualifications:
-Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Registered Pharmacist (Rph)
-Current Utah Pharmacy Board License
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
