We have an immediate need for a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. About Us:
We are a leading retail marketing firm that provides advertising, marketing, and public relations campaigns for burgeoning companies and breakthrough products/services. The Public Relations and Communications Assistant will play a crucial role in executing performance-driven campaigns with high-profile clients, working on innovative strategies to drive their company and brands forward while increasing their bottom line.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
  • Integrating PR campaigns with customer promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and key accounts.
  • Coordinating in-store service events and ensuring successful operation.
  • Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services.
  • Developing and refining measurement strategies for PR campaigns with the Marketing Manager.
  • Creating promotional marketing materials and handling visual merchandising.
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel.
  • Keeping accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory.
  • Identifying new opportunities and efficiency innovations.
  • Potential consideration for senior campaign management roles based on performance.

No experience is necessary for the Public Relations and Communications Assistant - Entry Level. Requirements:

  • College degree or in the process of completion preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or internship in a related field is an asset.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Level-headed problem solver with a professional, service-oriented attitude.
  • Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and responsible.
  • Basic understanding of public relations, communications, and marketing concepts and sales strategy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
