Overview
  • Operate CNC Horizontal Machining Centers
  • Perform machine setups for production runs
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Utilize G-Code and M-Code programming
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 Certification standards
  • Follow Lean Manufacturing Principles
Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
  • Utilize Forklifts and Overhead Crane for material handling
  • Work with Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis) and Horizontal Machining Center (5+ axis)
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Hold a valid Driver's License for occasional equipment operation
  • Demonstrate proficiency in GD&T and shop math skills
  • Perform machine setups for production runs
Qualifications
  • Machinist Journeyman and/or 5 years machining experience with CNC Operation, Setup, and Programming. Can Read, Write, and Edit NC Data
  • Large Mill experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, and machine brands such as Fanuc, Kitamura, Okuma, Makino, Okuma
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Lean Manufacturing Principles

  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Driver's License

$20 - $30 / hr
