Position Summary:The Robotic Welder will be tasked with reading blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures. They determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements and set up components for welding according to specifications. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Hartland, WI Position Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Operate large-scale CNC robotic welding machines.
• Secondary work involves grinding and sanding.
• Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
• Comply with all quality and safety requirements.
• Perform secondary work in between cycle times & during downtime, e.g., brake press, sweeping.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
