Founded in 2022, Radial Power is led by an experienced management team with decades of cumulative industry experience in growing and building sustainable, profitable solar, BESS, EV, and clean energy financing businesses.


Our main goal is to help large real estate operators to deploy energy solutions creatively, maximizing the number of sites with reliable and cost-competitive onsite clean energy assets, supporting the decarbonization of their operations and communities.

As an intern at Radial Power, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Our program takes place from June – August lasting for 10 weeks.


ABOUT THE EV Charing INTERNSHIP

As an Intern in our EV Charging Investment team, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a team to understand how investment funds are approaching and implementing investment strategies for EV charging projects. Radial Power focuses on portfolio-wide investment strategies for level 2 charging in asset properties like multi-family and hospitality locations. To make investment decisions, Radial Power analyzes the anticipated utilization rates at locations based on a variety of inputs like asset type, location, and demographics. Radial Power pairs this with an analysis of capital necessary and creates development strategies to implement projects for portfolios of 100s of properties. To conduct this analysis, Radial Power continues to refine strategies like our installation partner network, origination pipelines, EV adoption curves, and development process. All the while, paving the way to make EV charging more accessible and drive EV adoption.

  • Support in developing and refining investment methodologies for current and new asset classes leveraging skills like financial modelling, data analysis, and scenario assessments.
  • Support in client pitch materials and proposals to define economic incentives and benefits for clients to provide EV charging.
  • Develop go to market materials for marketing and business development uses like conferences, blogs, press releases, and other market facing objectives.
  • Track market trends and contribute to building EV charging knowledge network.
  • Provide support to ad hoc requirements as they arise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an expected graduation date between 2024 and 2025.
  • Previous work experience in Consulting strongly preferred. Other desired skills includes financial modeling, data analysis, client-ready presentations, and market research.
  • Interest in the emobility and EV charging.
  • Strong preference for NYC based intern.
