Role Summary

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in organizing our ongoing IT projects. This role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications, have technical troubleshooting abilities, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Assist to develop project plans to monitor and track progress, and to communicate with stakeholders
  • Assist in managing changes to the project scope and project schedule
  • Assist in measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Help to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Lead and participate in weekly change management meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience in IT project management
  • Detail oriented and inquisitive
  • Technical troubleshooting skills/background in IT
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven history of supporting successful projects
  • Experience working / communicating with senior decision makers
  • Experience with JIRA administration is a plus
