Copeland Buhl & Company PLLP is looking to add a Senior SOC Audit Associate to our firm. As a Senior SOC Audit Associate you will be responsible for learning and applying your technical skills and working as a part of a team to perform System & Organization Controls (SOC) audits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble work paper files to comply with SSAE 16 standards.
  • Document policies and procedures which support the principles and criteria for SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3.
  • Work with clients to obtain documentation
  • Research information related to SOC engagements.
  • Prepare SOC representation and report letters.
  • Document information systems.
  • Meet with client IT and security staff and discuss internal control systems.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Security.
  • Ability to identify risks and an understanding of internal controls to mitigate those risks.
  • Experience working in MS Office Suite.
  • Team player with a positive-"can do" approach.
