We have an opening for a:
Part-Time Staff Attorney (onsite or remote)

The (Part-Time, Onsite or Remote) Staff Attorney specializes in the non-profit Healthcare regulations, litigation, and contract.  Specifically, conformity with laws and regulations governing contracts and multi-state regulations. This position is an ad hoc member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) regarding any legal, compliance, regulations, or contract concerns. This position plays a key role in providing multi-state legal support, compliance, regulations, privacy, contract support, and support to the executive leadership; and system and procedure development and maintenance for contracts.Why Work at Mountain Pacific?

This position is a Part-time remote or onsite position, the successful candidate would have strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in business management, Healthcare and Juris Doctorate and at least 5 years of healthcare legal experience, and licensed to practice in Montana is preferred. Targeted compensation for this position is $48.00-$81.00 an hour.  First review of candidates will be on May 23rd, 2024 and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
