Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Kennel Technician to help provide a clean and sanitary environment for patients and clients, inside the hospital and on the grounds of the facility. The kennel technician is responsible for dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping throughout all areas of the hospital. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sanitizing exam rooms after each use; cleaning and stocking restrooms; attending to any accidents from any of our furry patients; collecting all trash and recycling; and collecting and performing loads of laundry.

  • Energetic people-and-pet person with excellent work ethic and social and organizational skills
  • Be compassionate/caring
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Can work individually, as well as on a team
  • Self-starter personality that can complete daily tasks without the need for constant direction

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a wet environment
