Our initial soft launch involved marketing to just 1,000 of our thousands of customers, helping us set the groundwork, laying down the crucial systems and processes. Notably, our participation in the Clover Mentoring Program and the collaboration with the best in the HVAC SEO and PPC realm underscores our intent to be industry leaders. As we gear up for 2024, our vision is clear: we're aiming for 6-10 installation trucks and will only market to half our company. For the ambitious individual joining us, this is your ground-floor opportunity, especially as our first comfort advisor. Last year, we ventured into selective installations under mentoring, focusing on learning. As a tenured company, our leadership is poised to offer unparalleled opportunities, particularly to someone with an innate killer instinct, a robust understanding of AC, design expertise, and the capability to manage multiple daily calls.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. In-Home Sales: Engage with customers in their homes, evaluate their equipment, and propose optimal HVAC solutions.
  2. Sales Strategy: Harness an in-depth understanding of our services, ensuring a consistent up-sale approach and achieving targeted per-ticket sales prices.
  3. Customer Interaction: Work closely with the sales coordinator post-sale to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  4. Continuous Learning: Attend mandatory staff training and meetings, and stay updated on product offerings and industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of HVAC systems and in-home consultation.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Superior customer service abilities with a client-first mindset.
  • Independence: Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Service Titan CRM.

Compensation & Benefits:
