Maintenance Supervisor

As a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Equipment Maintenance Supervisor), you'll be responsible for overall equipment repair and maintenance, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, leading projects to upgrade equipment and facilities, and managing a maintenance staff. You will also participate in budget preparation and monitoring, and collaborate with various parties to meet plant strategic goals.

• High school degree or equivalent required; BA/BS in Engineering or a technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance with supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, and Hydraulics Experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, training, and coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of FDA, OSHA, and environmental food manufacturing standards.
