Scanning Technician-Senior

Seeking a Senior Contractor Support Administrator to work in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and demonstrate experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, as well as familiarization with Acrobat Adobe. The candidate must be competent in manipulating computer files, links and saving documents into various formats for processing. The selected candidate must have excellent computer and office skills. The selected candidate will also have strong customer service skills and will enjoy working in a public facing role. Selected candidate will be the face of the registry, processing incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with client policies and procedures. Selected candidate will perform case management taskings including but not limited to entering information into the client systems; document scanning; and case tracking. Team members will collaborate to ensure coverage between 7am to 6 pm. Other duties as assigned may include providing support to other areas of the contract in times of surge requirements.

Six full years of experience specific to the skill must be reflected.

Mandatory

1) Provide mail-processing support for the onsite client registry Monday through Friday between 7am and 4 pm;

2) Strong customer service and computer skills, especially scanning.

3) Knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially, Word and Excel

4) Knowledge of Adobe and understanding file conversions.

5) Knowledge of client guidelines for physical distribution of mailings; courier deliveries; etc.

6) Ability to follow standard operating procedures, think independently, and use sound judgement, but know when to ask questions.

7) Requires a minimum of six or more years of experience specific to the mandatory skills. A Bachelors degree counts as three years of experience

8) Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Poly on Day 1 of employment
