WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FOOD PREP ASSISTANT - DISHWASHING ATTENDANT

  • Working knowledge of health regulations, sanitation procedures
  • Ability to safely work with cleaning products
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Basic knife skills or a willingness to learn
  • Polished presentation
  • Ability to take direction from others
  • Flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the role including standing-walking for the entirety of each shift, bending, pulling, pushing, using stairs, lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds
  • Dishwashing experience (preferred)
  • Ability to handle high volume, fast-paced workload in a restaurant environment (preferred)

YOUR NEW ROLE

This full-time dishwasher role at our vineyard offers shifts from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm. We serve lunch and dinner six days a week, with Mondays closed. Shifts include weekends, days, and evenings, providing flexibility for a variety of availability.

As a Food Prep Assistant - Dishwashing Attendant at our winery, you're the linchpin of kitchen operations. From scraping and sorting dishes to expertly prepping ingredients, you keep things running smoothly. Your day is a whirlwind of cleanliness and efficiency, from sweeping floors to stocking supplies.
