• Low turn over
• After 60 days of employment, you will become eligible for medical insurance and other benefits. The company pays 95% of the employee’s medical insurance premium. Other benefits such as dental, short-term disability, long term disability, life insurance, and 401K account are also available if you choose to enroll at employee expense.

Plumbing Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, tenants and property managers to schedule and confirm
• appointments by phone and email
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders
• Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and
• concerns
• Dispatch plumbing technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Notify customers ahead of time without fail if the plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
• Coordinate with other dispatchers and technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Plumbing Dispatcher Skills:

• Strong communication, written, verbal, and organizational and customer service skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to type 50 wpm
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Service Titan preferred
• Plumbing dispatch experience preferred
• Must be willing to work the closing shift, work Saturday OR Sunday and one on-call shift a week
