Kids SPOT is currently seeking a Practice Manager in Texarkana, Texas. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our family of caregivers. Practice Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday and occasional weekends.

Role Overview: As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our centers located in Texarkana, Texas. Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating appointments and managing therapist schedules
  • Handling billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients

Qualifications:

Duties and Descriptions for the Practice Manager:

  • Manage the day-to-day clinic operations of the clinic.
  • Establishes secures approval and overseas clinic operating policies and procedures
  • Maintaining the appearance and sanitary standards of the clinic
  • Assisting with interviews for new hires and submitting new hire paperwork
  • Keeping patient relations as the highest priority
  • Work closely with Human Resources on any employee-related issue
  • Oversee ST, PT, and OT providers and work closely with clinical supervisors.
  • Develop work efficiencies with strong attention to detail. You will be socially focused with center staff and parents while cheerfully addressing critical needs and driving operational and financial objectives
  • Addressing administrative staff and therapy providers' issues and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with established company policies and procedures from both administrative staff and therapy providers.
  • You will be responsible for working with the recruiting department by identifying open roles and training office staff.
  • Flexibility within the work schedule to be available when needed to cover for office members
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • You will be responsible for Achieving revenue goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and miscellaneous operations expenses.
  • Ensuring Clinicians are provided with essential materials
  • Time & Attendance approval submission into payroll
  • Increasing new patient growth by supporting marketing and promotional programs and working with our therapy providers.
  • Maintain center and equipment cleanliness and safety and report and/or correct hazards when necessary
  • Managing the office within budget guidelines to include clerical and auxiliary supply purchases, equipment upgrades, and labor costs. You will monitor reimbursement programs.
  • Assisting in the scheduling and authorization process

Practice Manager Qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years of management within a pediatric medical office
  • Experienced EMR System
  • Organized and can meet deadlines
  • Possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Professionally conducts themselves & is well spoken
  • Experienced with scheduling
  • Experienced with Authorizations
  • Must have a strong personality and the confidence needed to manage the duties outlined
  • Bilingual speaking preferred

What We Offer:

Pay: $60,000/annually
