Job Summary:

The incumbent will assure individual compliance with the FDA regulations, cGMP's, and all other applicable international regulatory compliance requirements, applicable department programs including training, documentation, standard operating procedures, and PAI Pharma, Inc. policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all the current day’s ATD (Addition Treatment Division) orders are picked/pack/shipped within the same day.
  2. Extreme level of customer service focused attitude required.
  3. Ensure 100% order picking and shipping accuracy.
  4. Will be pick/pack/shipping C-II through C-V controlled drugs.
  5. The utmost attention to detail and right-first-time.
  6. Ensuring proper DEA paperwork is provided, filled out, and returned to the DEA department.
  7. Execute a daily controlled drug cycle count to ensure 100% order and inventory accuracy.
  8. Handle movement of all materials throughout the warehouse as directed by Standard Operating Procedures.
  9. Handle movement of all finished orders at the end of day and ensure they are scanned and loaded by FedEx.
  10. Operation of RF Scanning guns and usage of SAP –WMS Software System.
  11. Ensure inventory accuracy for Controlled Finished Products.
  12. Assist Shipping/Inventory Manager in performing investigations of product, processes, and inventory as directed.
  1. Cross-train in all areas of the warehouse operations; including but not limited to Pick, Pack, and Ship.
  1. Participate in the daily DEA cycle count program and all other inventories / cycle counting as needed.
  2. Operation of SAP WMS system required.
  3. Attend training sessions to maintain and increase job skills and knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety Awareness, OJT, SOP, and specific issue training.
  4. Perform all other duties, as may be assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in SAP regarding inventory control and distribution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and inventory control skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Shipping/Inventory Manager

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Requires dexterity, reaching and twisting of upper torso, bending, and stooping.

Ability to lift 35-50 lbs. 36”-60” from floor level.
