The Pharmacist is responsible for the organization and operation of the pharmacy and interacts with the nursing staff (sharing the responsibility with the CNO) to assure that the appropriate controls are maintained in the patient care areas where drugs and pharmaceuticals are stored.

Education/Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Pharmacy and appropriate internship to qualify for licensure.
  • Licensed in the State of Washington
  • Completes all licensure and/or certification requirements.
